Your responsibilities will include: * Working with enterprise clients on 16 and 40-hour customization packages to deliver tailored design solutions that meet their unique needs and expectations. * Collaborating with Customer Success Managers to ensure seamless client onboarding, meet client needs, and exceed their expectations. * Maintaining client-specific design requirements, ensuring consistency and accuracy in all design deliverables. * Implementing large batches of design changes to existing client themes and components, leveraging your technical expertise in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. * Developing new open-source themes for arenaflex communities during quieter periods, showcasing your creativity and technical skills. * Providing exceptional support on our Meta forum and via email, ensuring timely and effective resolution of client queries and concerns. **Requirements** We're looking for someone with: * Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with experience in implementing design solutions using these technologies. * Familiarity with EmberJS or similar JavaScript frameworks, with the ability to adapt to new technologies and frameworks. * Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to interpret brand guidelines and implement conforming design. * Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a dynamic team, with a strong work ethic and commitment to delivering high-quality results. * Experience with design software like Figma or Sketch, with familiarity with building themes for arenaflex being a plus. **Our Culture and Benefits** At arenaflex, we value clear communication, kindness, and a strong work ethic.
