We’re looking for an experienced Social Media Manager to take over and grow our social media presence starting in May.

This is an ongoing role for someone who can think strategically, create engaging content, and manage execution consistently.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a monthly content strategy
  • Plan and schedule posts
  • Create captions aligned with brand voice
  • Coordinate or create visual content (graphics, carousels, reels, etc.)
  • Manage community engagement (comments, DMs)
  • Track performance and provide monthly reports
  • Suggest growth strategies and campaign ideas

Platforms:

  • Instagram (shadow posting on FB)
  • LinkedIn

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience managing business accounts
  • Strong understanding of organic growth strategies
  • Ability to maintain consistent brand voice
  • Experience with content planning tools (Later, Meta Business Suite, etc.)
  • Strong communication and reliability
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Posting Frequency:
  • Approximately 1–3 posts per week to start.
  • Having a graphic design team is a plus
