This is a remote position. Greetings from Tamilnadu Advanced Technical Training Institute (TATTI)! We are seeking an experienced freelancer to customize and optimize Zoho Projects as per our organizational workflows. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in configuring Zoho tools, automating processes and aligning the platform with business requirements. Position Title: Freelance Zoho Projects Customization Expert Engagement Type: Freelance / Contract-Based Project Duration: [Short-term / Ongoing based on requirement] Work Mode: Remote Key Responsibilities Customize Zoho Projects modules based on organizational needs Design and implement project workflows, task automation and blueprints Configure custom fields, layouts, task dependencies and milestones Integrate Zoho Projects with other Zoho apps (CRM, Books etc.) Set up user roles, permissions and access control Create dashboards, reports and performance tracking systems Optimize UI/UX for better usability and team productivity Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing support Technical Requirements Strong experience in Zoho Projects customization & administration Working knowledge of Zoho ecosystem (CRM, Creator, Books, Flow, Desk) Hands-on experience with Deluge scripting (preferred) Understanding of workflow automation & business process mapping API integration knowledge is an added advantage Required Skills Problem-solving and analytical thinking Ability to translate business needs into technical configurations Strong communication and documentation skills Attention to detail and process-oriented approach Experience 1+ years of experience working with Zoho applications Proven portfolio of Zoho Projects customization or automation work Scope of Work (Example Deliverables) Fully customized Zoho Projects workspace Automated workflows and task pipelines Integration with existing systems Reports & dashboards for management insights Documentation and basic training for team usage Compensation Project-based / Hourly (Negotiable based on scope & experience) How to Apply Share your profile, portfolio and previous Zoho project work samples via Application link!
