Our team is dedicated to living by our core values, which include: * Our Northern Family: We work as a team, care for one another, and have fun. * Help Others: We are passionate about helping others. * Do the Right Thing: We're not perfect, but we always do what's right. * Eager to Learn & Grow: Always reaching and growing to our master craft. **Responsibilities** As a Weekend Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for: * Answering inbound calls and scheduling HVAC, plumbing, and electrical service, maintenance, and sales calls. * Following scripting while prioritizing call types for maximum efficiency and success. * Being detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. * Setting up customers and scheduling service calls. * Answering inbound calls for sales as a backup to sales coordinators. * Helping with outbound calls and other duties as assigned when needed. **Requirements** To be successful in this role, you will need: * 2-3 years of HVAC/plumbing customer service experience (desired). * Several years of HVAC customer service experience (helpful, but not necessary). * A strong understanding of the Twin Cities marketplace (helpful). * Excellent communication and customer service skills. * The ability to multitask under pressure. * Good written and verbal skills. * Good computer skills. * A positive attitude and a strong work ethic. **Qualities for Success** To excel in this role, you will need to possess: * People-oriented and results-driven qualities. * A passion for delivering excellent customer service. * Excellent oral, written, and telephone communication skills. * Competent office software skills. * A dedication to continuous learning. * Hardworking, persistent, and dependable qualities. * A positive and professional attitude. * Self-motivation and self-direction. * Patience, persuasiveness, and persistence. * Self-assurance and confidence in asking for the sale. * Effective time management and organizational skills. * The ability to excel in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. * A value for collaboration and teamwork. * Good judgment and creativity. * Integrity and honesty. **Job Type and Compensation** This is a part-time position, with a competitive hourly rate of $19.00-$21.00 per hour, plus weekly spiffs.
