Responsibilities β€’ Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with account inquiries and support needs. β€’ Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns and resolving issues efficiently. β€’ Perform data entry tasks accurately to maintain up-to-date customer records. β€’ Utilize Microsoft Office and other software tools to manage customer information effectively. β€’ Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while communicating with customers. β€’ Assist in sales efforts by promoting products and services during customer interactions. β€’ Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer experience. β€’ Conduct analysis of customer feedback to identify areas for improvement in service delivery. Experience β€’ Previous experience in customer service or call center roles is preferred but not required. β€’ Bilingual or multilingual skills are highly desirable, particularly in English and other languages. β€’ Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for effective interaction with clients. β€’ Proficiency in computer skills, including data entry and familiarity with Microsoft Office applications. β€’ Ability to handle cash transactions accurately if required by specific account tasks. β€’ Demonstrated analysis skills to assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions. β€’ A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
