Your key responsibilities will include: * Performing data entry tasks with high accuracy and attention to detail * Verifying documentation and ensuring that it matches freight descriptions * Securing freight inside trailers using appropriate tools and supplies * Recouping or repairing damaged freight when necessary * Verifying and completing required documentation and reports * Assisting customers with freight and documentation as needed * Performing hostling duties if required * Complying with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies **Requirements** To be successful in this role, you'll need to meet the following requirements: * High school diploma or equivalent, preferred * Must be at least 18 years of age * Prior experience in warehousing, freight handling, and/or forklift operations preferred * Ability to count and perform basic math, with or without a calculator * Basic written and verbal communication skills * Ability to lift and carry hand freight of varying weights, and to open trailer doors * Ability to work independently and/or as a team member **Working Conditions** As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll work in a dock environment with exposure to varied weather conditions, exhaust, fumes, dust, and noise.
