NinjaTrader is an industry-leading trading platform and futures broker empowering traders to take control of their financial destiny. The Trading Operations Associate will support brokerage customers with trade-related assistance through timely communication and manage various operational tasks, ensuring a high level of service and accuracy in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Oversee and manage customer trading activity, including special bookings, allocations, FX trades, and other daily operational tasks Perform key back-office functions such as trade allocations, treasury processing, and trading platform setup Monitor and resolve trade breaks, process commission discrepancies and adjustments, and complete end-of-day checks Assist with contract expiration monitoring and post-trade allocation support Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Risk Management, Account Management, Finance, and Customer Support Deliver outstanding customer service by troubleshooting issues and resolving inquiries in real time Support strategic projects and take on additional responsibilities as needed Maintain a high level of accuracy while multitasking in a high-pressure environment Skills Bachelor's Degree in Finance or related field (preferred) Strong technical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot client-side software/computer issues Excellent written and verbal communication skills Comfortable learning and working with proprietary trading software Highly organized and detail-oriented with a proactive mindset Strong team player with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn Willingness to work alternate shifts as needed Flexibility to work mid or overnight shifts, including holidays, as needed Ability to work a 4x10 schedule (10.5-hour shifts with a 30-minute lunch) Availability to support weekend coverage as needed Passion for financial markets and trading Prior experience in a trading operations or trade support role Knowledge of CQG trading platform Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Benefits 401K plan through ADP under which the company will match up to 3.5% of employee contributions Annual paid time off allowance accrues at a rate of 18 days per year (some positions may qualify for more) Seven paid holidays 20 additional flex remote days annually 5 Company Wide Office-Optional weeks tied to major holidays Generous PTO 7 Paid Holidays Annually + 5 Conditional Holidays Annually 1 Service Day Annually 401k with 3.5% Company Match Paid Parental Bonding Leave Health, Vision, Dental Coverage Life and Disability Insurance Covered 100% by NinjaTrader Company Overview NinjaTrader provides trading software and brokerage services for futures, forex, and equities markets.
