Center for Employment Opportunities (CEO) is seeking a Temporary Recruitment Coordinator to provide essential administrative and operational support to their Talent team. The Coordinator will assist in the recruitment of outstanding team members, support major talent acquisition initiatives, and ensure a seamless hiring process across various sites. Responsibilities Assist Talent Associates in executing recruitment strategies by helping to identify sourcing channels and maintaining the regional recruitment calendar of events Provide administrative support to Talent Associates and hiring managers, including scheduling interviews and providing status updates throughout the search process Support the team by opening new requisitions, posting job descriptions, reviewing initial candidate materials, and helping to coordinate the logistics of performance tasks and offer letters Support initial candidate screening efforts, including conducting structured phone screens and documenting candidate insights for review Contribute to the cultivation of diverse candidate pipelines by assisting with the coordination of recruitment networking events and maintaining robust candidate lists to support future hiring needs Support the creation and maintenance of recruitment resource banks and assist in the documentation of best practices Help collect and organize candidate and hiring process data for distribution to stakeholders Assist with the flow of background check workflows to ensure offer processes remain compliant with organizational standards Continue building upon greater inclusion and cultural competence within our teamβs projects and efforts Serve as an active and proactive contributor and collaborator of the larger Employee Experience (EX) team, including leading/engaging in team meetings, representing the EX team on org-wide committees Skills You have at least a year of relevant work experience, with a strong interest in learning the fundamentals of full-cycle recruiting within a mission-driven organization You've demonstrated an aptitude and ability with technology (with the Google Suite and preferably with applicant tracking systems) You take initiative in prioritizing and re-prioritizing your workload in collaboration with your supervisor You see value in the sharing of ideas and experiences to shape and elevate a team's performance You're an excellent communicator (verbal and written) You value learning from your partners and you're highly curious and excited to learn about different people's motivations and interests You're a strong task manager with the ability to maintain oversight of all of the details as you coordinate many moving pieces under tight timelines You believe in collecting, analyzing, and applying data to drive strategy and decision making You enjoy setting ambitious goals and demonstrate eagerness, discipline, and resilience in achieving goals individually and collectively, no matter the complexities that arise You love learning and are particularly interested in building your own knowledge and skills in support of organizational needs, mission, and goals You're dedicated to identifying and addressing your own filters, privileges, biases, and cultural preferences and to continuous learning and improvement in diversity, inclusion, and cultural competence Benefits Medical and dental coverage Professional development opportunities Paid parental leave Participation in a retirement plan Sick and vacation leave Paid holidays Lunch and learns Team outings Holiday gatherings Company Overview CEO offers comprehensive employment services exclusively for people with criminal records.
