As a temporary full-time day shift employee, you will be responsible for handling incoming calls, resolving issues related to member eligibility, plan prescription benefits, and claim payment issues, as well as providing quality service and customer satisfaction through effective communication and education. **Key Responsibilities** • Handle incoming calls from patients, members, and healthcare professionals to effectively address issues related to member eligibility, plan prescription benefits, and claim payment issues or patient services needs. • Provide quality service and customer satisfaction through effective communication and education. • Resolve issues related to updating billing information, establishing payment plans, resolving payment inquiries, or patient scheduling. • Utilize data entry skills to accurately and efficiently process patient information. • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and resolution of patient issues. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient interactions and issues. **Essential Qualifications** • High School Diploma or equivalent (Required) • Two years of Customer Service experience (Required) • Experience with medical insurance in a hospital or physician's office setting, specifically Laboratory (Preferred) • Experience registering patients (Preferred) • High Volume call center experience (Preferred) • Epic EMR experience (Preferred) • Data entry skills (Required) **Preferred Qualifications** • Bachelor's degree in a related field (Preferred) • Experience working in a fast-paced call center environment (Preferred) • Strong knowledge of medical terminology and insurance policies (Preferred) • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (Preferred) • Ability to work in a team environment and provide exceptional customer service (Preferred) **Skills and Competencies** • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively • Strong data entry skills and ability to maintain accurate records • Excellent customer service skills and ability to provide quality service • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Strong knowledge of medical terminology and insurance policies (Preferred) **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** As a temporary customer service representative at arenaflex, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
