Intact Financial Corporation is seeking bilingual Telesolutions Advisors for a temporary 3-month contract. The role involves making outbound calls to gauge customer interest in insurance needs, building relationships, and promoting products and services. Responsibilities Call existing and potential customers to gauge their interest in discussing their insurance needs, now or in the future, with a certified agent Take a persuasive approach to outbound calls to generate opportunities for business growth Build strong relationships with customers to transfer them to certified agents as quickly as possible Promote our products and services and be a loyal brand ambassador Build strong relationships with customers to quickly transfer them to certified agents Skills High school diploma (DES) or equivalent Bilingualism (French and English) required Must make calls and provide services to English-speaking customers on a regular basis Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and persuasion skills Team spirit Ability to adapt to changes in products, services or company policies Dynamic and energetic No Canadian work experience required, but must have authorization to work in Canada Benefits Eligible for 6% evening premium for shifts ending at 7 p.m. or later Hybrid work arrangement that lets you balance your professional life with your family life (or your studies) Company Overview BrokerLink is an insurance brokerage company that offers car, home, property, personal, and business insurance claims.
