Security Clearance Other Duties Serving as an authority on all aspects of financial management, analysis, and resource utilization and as a technical advisor on matters having financial or budgetary implications.,Working as a department head with Institute and CC leadership in all areas of responsibility and in a staff advisory capacity on policy and long range program planning.,Leading all activities required to develop annual NIH CC budget development templates, instructions, guidance, timelines, etc. for CC departments to develop their annual budget and FTE requests.,Leading all activities required to rebase and distribute the annual NIH CC department/cost center budgets.,Developing and reviewing departmental costs.,Supervising staff in the planning, coordination and review of financial operations, budgetary formulation, presentation and execution, and charge/service master management. Qualifications You qualify at the GS-15 level, if you meet the following qualification requirement: You must demonstrate in your resume at least one (1) year of qualifying experience equivalent to at least the GS-14 level in the Federal service obtained in either the private or public sector, performing the following types of tasks: Providing budget and financial management services and consultation to a large Healthcare organization; planning, coordinating, reviewing of Healthcare financial operations, budgetary formulation, presentation and execution; developing and reviewing departmental costs on an annual basis; developing, maintaining and enhancing budget processes and reporting.
