Location : Virtual/remote/online - anywhere in the United States! Pay : $22 per 45 minute session Hours : Minimum 4 sessions/week (minimum 4 hours/week including prep and professional development) Term : June 17 - July 31 Times : Exact days/times of tutoring depend on the program/age group. All times are listed in Pacific Time . Elementary School: 2:00-2:45pm 2:45-3:30pm Middle School: 9:00-9:45am 9:45-10:30am 10:30-11:15am 11:15am-12pm 12:30-1:15pm 1:15-2pm High School: 10:30-11:15am 11:15am-12pm About EPATT East Palo Alto Tennis and Tutoring (EPATT) is a nonprofit serving K–12 students since 1988 through academic tutoring, tennis, and enrichment activities. Our mission is to help students become college and career-ready. Position Summary Do you want to equip youth for college and career readiness?! Then EPATT tutoring wants you! EPATT Tutors provide 1:1 academic support to students in grades K–12 using EPATT’s curriculum. Subjects include Reading, Math, Science, or SAT Prep. What We’re Looking For Authorized to work in the U.S. Strong understanding of K-12 math, reading, and writing College students or graduates preferred Organized, responsible, and energetic Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Experience working with youth from under-resourced communities is a plus Technology Requirements Comfortable using technology to lead virtual tutoring sessions. Able to independently troubleshoot basic tech issues and support students as needed. Must use a laptop or desktop computer with a working camera and microphone (iPads/tablets are not compatible). Reliable high-speed internet connection required. Willing to learn and adapt to new digital tools as needed.
