Job Description: The Subject Matter Expert provides domain expertise in leadership, public sector management, and federal operations to ensure program relevance and accuracy. Key Responsibilities: Advise on curriculum development and content accuracy Ensure alignment with federal leadership competencies Provide insights into agency-specific challenges and requirements Support development of case studies and real-world scenarios Review and validate training materials Educational Requirements: Master�s degree or equivalent experience in leadership, public administration, or related field Experience Requirements: Demonstrated expertise in federal or public sector leadership 10 years of experience supporting training or program development About TSM, Inc.: TSM serves many customers in the Government and private sector.
