Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40 Emplify Health by Gundersen Health System is seeking a full-time Social Services Liaison. What you will do: Work 40 hours/week Monday-Friday, no weekends or holidays Work remotely *Must live in WI, MN or IA* Partner on special projects and duties to assist our patients and their discharge needs .
