Your key responsibilities will include: * Providing expert technical support via phone, email, or other channels for fountain dispensers, vending, and coolers * Offering support to field service technicians, processing parts orders, and responding to general technical inquiries * Collaborating with cross-functional teams to eliminate service calls and ensure seamless customer experiences * Utilizing your technical expertise to troubleshoot complex issues and provide effective solutions * Providing 24/7 support, 365 days a year, to ensure our customers receive the assistance they need, whenever they need it **Requirements for Success:** To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills: * High school diploma or GED equivalent required * At least 5+ years of experience in customer service or technical support * Strong knowledge of equipment installation requirements, dispensing equipment installation principles, and customer communication software systems * Advanced troubleshooting skills, with experience in Freestyle platforms and National Food Service customers (highly desirable) * Basic to advanced computer skills, with the ability to work in a virtual environment * Bilingual candidates (Spanish) are encouraged to apply **What We Offer:** As a Senior Technical Advisor at arenaflex, you'll enjoy a competitive salary and benefits package, starting on day one of employment.
