Our team is committed to making a real impact on patient care, and we're looking for like-minded professionals to join us on this mission. **Key Responsibilities** As a Senior Medical Imaging Customer Service Engineer (MR/CT), you will be responsible for: * Providing field support (75%) to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain high-end medical imaging equipment, including MR and CT systems * Delivering technical support (10%) via phone, email, or online platforms to resolve technical issues and provide training to healthcare professionals * Offering applications support (5%) to interact with radiologists, technicians, and physicians to stay updated on new and existing imaging solutions, issues, and trends * Providing software support (10%) for applications software issues associated with X-ray and Vascular modalities, utilizing Digital Imaging and Communications in Medicine (DICOM) for viewing, filming, archiving, networking, and database administration **What You'll Need** To be successful in this role, you will need: * Minimum 12 years of experience in high-end medical imaging equipment maintenance and repair * High School Diploma or GED * Valid driver's license with a safe driving record * Basic computer skills and understanding of computer networks and equipment interaction * Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as well as emergency off-hours as needed * Willingness to travel periodically to support business needs * Physical ability to lift, push, and/or pull up to 75 pounds and frequently bend, stoop, twist, climb, crouch/squat, kneel/crawl, sit, stand, and walk for extended periods **What We Offer** As a Senior Medical Imaging Customer Service Engineer (MR/CT) at arenaflex, you will enjoy: * Competitive salary ($72,867.87-$189,435.54) * Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, short- and long-term disability, flexible spending accounts, and more * Tuition reimbursement and daily pay program * Opportunity to make a real impact on patient care and grow your career with a leading medical equipment management company * Equal employment opportunities and a diverse, inclusive work environment **Why Join arenaflex?** At arenaflex, we're committed to making a real impact on patient care.
