From our hubs in Prague, Berlin, London, and Amsterdam , our 50-person team is building a brand that’s changing how people think about periods. **About the role **snuggs already has a strong presence in the Netherlands and Belgium, where our products are listed at Kruidvat and have previously run one-off actions with Etos. Now, we’re looking for a Senior Key Account Manager to take our BENELUX retail business to the next level. In this role, you’ll manage and grow our partnership with Kruidvat, develop new retail opportunities with relevant retailers, and secure new listings to expand snuggs’ footprint across the region. You’ll work cross-functionally to shape and execute snuggs’ retail growth strategy in one of our key markets. Tasks Manage and grow our retail relationship with our current customers Develop and execute a retail growth strategy for snuggs in the BENELUX region Identify and approach new retail partners to expand our presence Negotiate listings, trading terms, and promotional activities to maximize sales and brand visibility Collaborate closely with Marketing and Operations to ensure smooth execution and sell-out success Analyze account performance and identify new opportunities for growth Requirements 2-3+ years of hands-on experience managing or working closely with Kruidvat - you know the processes, the people, and how to make things happen A solid background in Key Account Management, Sales, or Category Management , ideally within personal care, beauty, or FMCG Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills - you know how to turn a first meeting into a long-term partnership You’re data-savvy and use numbers to spot growth opportunities and make smart decisions A solution-oriented team player who thrives in a fast-growing, collaborative environment and loves to build something new Native-level proficiency in Dutch and fluency English Based in the Netherlands , with occasional travel across the region Benefits A purpose-driven brand with strong values and a growing European customer base Full ownership of strategic retail partnerships in a fast-scaling DTC company Competitive compensation package Personal annual learning & development budget ‍ Healthy work-life balance ⚖️ Flexible work setup - remote or hybrid, within the Netherlands 25 vacation days ️ Regular team offsites and international meetups Attractive employee discount on snuggs products A smart, supportive team with real passion It’s an exciting time to join snuggs - help us shape the future of the femcare industry!
