Responsibilities The successful candidate will be a part of the offshore transformation delivery team, working with onshore engagement teams on business analysis and transformation delivery activities supporting clients across the globe. • Partner with internal KPMG teams and clients to define project objectives, scope, and delivery approach. • Drive delivery using structured program and project management methodologies. • Conduct client interface activities: requirement workshops, stakeholder meetings, surveys/questionnaires, site visits. • Capture, synthesize, and document business requirements into use cases, user stories, workflows, scenarios; secure stakeholder buy-in. • Analyze complex business problems and co-develop sustainable solutions with clients. • Facilitate discussions to elaborate improvement areas and translate conceptual needs into clear functional/technical specifications. • Collaborate with technical analysts and development teams to ensure shared understanding and traceability of requirements. • Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis to shape solution options and recommendations. • Map/model current-state and future-state business processes using tools (e.g., ARIS, MS Visio).Manage change communication—updates and modifications of requirements to customers, stakeholders, and project teams. • Develop and maintain project management plans, RAID logs, and delivery governance artifacts. • Prepare regular progress reports and dashboards for key stakeholders. • Support project financial management (budget tracking, forecasts, variance analysis).Execute governance & reporting across cost, schedule, scope, and RAID management. Qualifications • A minimum of 2-6 years of work experience in consulting, business analysis and project management in a leading professional services firm (e.g. international consulting firm, Big 4, IT Enabled Services Industry) or existing captive • Familiarity with core project management skills such as planning, governance, reporting and risk management • Confidence in interacting and building relationships with senior stakeholders • An ability to synthesize qualitative and quantitative data quickly and draw meaningful insights • Basic knowledge of requirement gathering approaches such as process/functional requirements definition methods, use case development and process flow diagrams • Willingness to work in a highly demanding and results oriented team environment where priorities can change frequently • An ability to work effectively in a virtual environment, to be flexible in their approach and to be open to work in UK shift times as required • Willingness to travel overseas for extended periods if required • Postgraduate/graduate degree from a reputed institute • PMI PBA, PMP, CAPM, Prince 2, MSP Certification will be an added advantage • Experience of working in an Agile environment & exposure to PM tools - such as Clarizen, MSP, Confluence, JIRA, Service Now, • Process mapping & modeling with ARIS and MS Visio (or equivalent). • MS Office proficiency—PowerPoint (storytelling) and Excel (analysis, dashboards Preferred technical & functional skills • Hands-on experience with business case development, benefits realization, and financial modeling for transformation programs. • Experience with requirements traceability, test case design support, and UAT facilitation. • Familiarity with enterprise architecture concepts; exposure to BPMN, UML. • Knowledge of Service Management processes (ITIL) when working with ServiceNow. • Experience building PMO dashboards (Power BI or Excel with advanced functions).Domain exposure (e.g., ESG, finance, supply chain, operations) is an advantage.
