Your primary responsibilities will include: * Answering inbound calls from customers wishing to place orders, inquire about an order, or resolve an issue * Processing orders through multiple channels, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in each transaction * Sending order confirmations via email and providing customers with status updates and follow-ups * Reviewing all orders for accuracy, making necessary adjustments to existing orders, and ensuring orders are processed to fulfillment without delay * Routing special orders using the appropriate process and providing pricing information upon request * Working closely with internal departments to address customer inquiries and act as a liaison to ensure customer needs are met * Learning and understanding new products across multiple lines of business to explain basic products and services to customers * Researching and resolving billing and pricing inquiries, addressing customer concerns to ensure satisfaction and smooth order processing * Resolving any order issues that prevent same-day shipping, and determining or authorizing credits, rebills, and product returns when necessary * Performing filing and other administrative tasks as needed **Essential Qualifications** * High School Diploma or equivalent * Two to three years of customer service experience, with a focus on results and strong communication skills * Strong computer skills, including basic understanding of MS Outlook, Word, and Excel * Excellent attention to detail and accuracy * Ability to deal calmly and effectively with situations via telephone while maintaining and promoting a positive company image * Ability to independently manage all aspects of the job role, including required goals and business practices, in a remote environment **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working within a distribution company * Emergency Medical or Hospital-related experience * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities **Skills and Competencies** * Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to develop and maintain cooperative working relationships with customers and co-workers * Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve complex issues and provide creative solutions * Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences * Strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously * Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
