Prominent defense law firm is seeking a Civil Litigation Defense Attorney in California. Ideal candidate will have 7+ years of Litigation experience in one or more of the following areas : General Liability, Product Liability, Construction Defect, Catastrophic Injury, Wrongful Death, Transportation / Trucking, Medical Malpractice, Premises Liability, Auto, Habitability, Personal Injury, Professional Liability, Civil Litigation, Municipal, Environmental / Toxic Tort, Insurance Defense. Option to work fully remote or hybrid in any of their CA office locations. Responsibilities : • Attend depositions, court hearings and mediations • Handle cases from inception to conclusion • Draft pleadings, motions, briefs • Provide status reports and communicate with clients Qualifications : • Pre-trial and / or trial experience • Strong research and writing skills • 7+ years of litigation experience • Licensed to practice and in good standing in California • Experience drafting discovery and pretrial motions Base Compensation Range 185k-225k DOE+ Bonus + Benefits + Hybrid / Fully Remote Please email resume to [email protected] Apply tot his job
