Position: Senior Banking Solutions Specialist Location: Remote or any Colony Bank location with available space Position Overview: The Senior Banking Solutions Specialist is responsible for supporting and handling inbound customer interactions and completing the implementation and onboarding of new Banking Solutions products and services, including Treasury Solutions, Merchant Services, and Credit Cards. This position will work directly with customers and internal team members, provide ongoing support for their banking needs, and supervise and mentor the Banking Solutions Specialist team. Primary Job Functions: Leads and mentors other Banking Solutions Specialists, ensuring quality service and adherence to procedures. Handles escalated Banking Solutions Support calls and provides advanced customer assistance. Oversees and participates in the servicing of customers, including resolving complex issues, creating online profiles, and responding to questions and conducts maintenance as needed. Owns, conducts and assists with Banking Solutions implementations and onboardings for Treasury Solutions, Merchant Services, and Credit Cards. Conducts customer meetings and training sessions to discuss the setup and utilization of Banking Solutions products and services. Completes and assists with the system setup of Banking Solutions products and services. Creates, maintains, and enters information into databases such as Digital Banking, Positive Pay, RDC, Salesforce, Director, and Fraud Monitoring systems. Authorizes, responds to and requests limit approvals from Banking Solutions, Market, and Credit Officers for Mobile, Remote Deposit, ACH, Wires. Works on projects, system clean-up initiatives, and team development as assigned. Performs other related duties as assigned . Qualifications: Preferred 5+ years of previous experience in Banking Solutions products and services, including Treasury Solutions, Merchant Services, and Credit Cards.
