The Senior Associate, Investment will support the management of digital media planning and buying, focusing on various digital programs and ensuring effective integration with traditional media strategies. Responsibilities Areas of focus will be: web advertising (acquisition and brand), broadband (video, new forms of broadband connections), and any/all other platforms that evolve in the digital space (gaming, web-based magazine, etc.) Exposure to emerging media particularly of TV 2.0 (Video on Demand, Digital Video Recorder and others), gaming, and mobile work Develop digital media plan recommendations based on integrated communication planning processes Connect with traditional planning & buying teams to ensure ideal synergy is delivered Negotiate and buy approved digital media plan programs Develop success metrics/measurement goals for all digital programs Report on and optimizing digital programs on an ongoing basis Skills 1+ years of online/digital media planning and implementation expertise Acquisition and branding background experience Familiarity/proficiency with the following systems/tools: Prisma, Mediaocean, MBOX, Nielsen Net Rating, Comscore, AdRelevance, eMarketer, Forrester Proficient in Prisma (media management tool) Proficient understanding of third-party ad measurement and trafficking tools (e.g. Integral Ad Science) Strong oral/written communication and negotiation skills Benefits Medical coverage Dental Vision Disability 401K Parental and family care leave Family forming assistance Tuition reimbursement Flexible time off Company Overview Spark Foundry is one of six global media agency brands within Publicis Media.
