They are seeking a Part-Time Customer Service Representative (CSR) to deliver effective customer service for all internal and external customers, responding to inquiries and processing requests in accordance with company policies. Responsibilities Respond timely to customer calls Provide timely and accurate information to customers Process customer requests following established Company policies and procedures Conduct necessary research to answer customer questions Remind customers about special programs.
