AFC Home Warranty is a nationally recognized provider of comprehensive home protection plans designed to give homeowners peace of mind. They are hiring a high-energy, full-time Sales Representative to sell their home warranty plans to existing homeowners and real estate professionals, benefiting from a steady flow of qualified leads and a supportive team environment. Responsibilities Contact and convert qualified leads provided by AFC into customers via phone and email Educate prospects on the features, benefits, and value of AFC’s home warranty plans Build relationships with real estate professionals to foster ongoing referrals Meet and exceed individual sales quotas and team goals Accurately document all interactions and customer data in the CRM (Salesforce) Participate in training and ongoing coaching to improve performance and product knowledge Skills Sales experience (inbound, inside sales, or account management) Strong phone presence with excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills CRM proficiency and Salesforce experience Highly motivated, self-disciplined, and results-oriented Must be able to work on-site during the initial training period High school diploma Base knowledge of home warranty, real estate, insurance, or home services Associate or bachelor's degree Benefits Performance-based bonus opportunities tied to individual and team results Monthly sales competitions with additional payouts and rewards Holidays and PTO after first year Company Overview America’s 1st Choice Home Warranty was founded by a group of service-oriented people with experience in the field of home protection plans.
