With a strong foundation built on leadership relationships and industry expertise, we are expanding our product offerings and looking for a marketing leader to help drive awareness, engagement, and growth. Who You Are We are seeking a SaaS Marketing Manager who understands how to market software products in a B2B environment. This role is ideal for someone who is both strategic and hands-on—capable of building marketing initiatives from the ground up while executing day-to-day campaigns. Unlike traditional organizations, we do not have a dedicated sales team. Our growth is driven by leadership relationships and industry credibility. Your role will be to amplify that foundation , create demand, and position our products effectively in the market. Responsibilities • Develop and execute marketing strategies for existing and new SaaS products • Create clear, compelling messaging and positioning for target audiences • Build and manage digital marketing campaigns (email, LinkedIn, content, etc.) • Support product launches and feature rollouts with coordinated marketing efforts • Collaborate with leadership to leverage existing relationships and drive pipeline • Collaborate with affiliated companies for cross marketing campaigns • Own content creation including website copy, case studies, thought leadership, and collateral • Analyze campaign performance and optimize for engagement and conversion • Manage external vendors or freelancers as needed Requirements • Must have 4–7+ years of marketing experience, with direct experience in SaaS • Required Strong understanding of B2B marketing strategies and customer journeys • Proven ability to execute marketing initiatives independently • Experience building or scaling marketing efforts in a lean environment • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to translate complex products into clear, value-driven messaging Nice-to-haves • Experience in healthcare SaaS or related industries • Familiarity with long-term care, healthcare operations, or clinical environments • Experience marketing multiple product lines or platform-based solutions Benefits • Competitive Paid Time Off (PTO) • 401-K • Medical, Dental, Vision and FSA Plan • Flexible work schedule/remote work
