As part of our student success program, we provide resume writing and LinkedIn profile optimization services to help students become job-ready for U.S. employers. We are now hiring a skilled Career Services Specialist to support our growing student base. Role Overview You will create, edit, and optimize resumes and LinkedIn profiles for students completing our training programs. Your work will directly help students transition into real job opportunities in the United States. This is an ongoing, long-term opportunity with consistent work as enrollment grows. ⚙️ Key Responsibilities Resume Writing & Editing Write professional resumes from student information Improve and restructure existing resumes Ensure ATS-friendly formatting and keywords Tailor resumes for roles such as: Leasing Consultant Property Management Assistant Customer Service & Sales roles LinkedIn Optimization Optimize student LinkedIn profiles Improve headlines, summaries, and job descriptions Add keywords aligned with U.S. hiring standards Ensure consistency between resume and LinkedIn profile Quality Standards Follow provided templates and structure Ensure clarity, grammar accuracy, and professional tone Deliver consistent, high-quality results for all students Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who: Has experience writing resumes for U.S. or international job markets Understands ATS resume formatting and keyword optimization Has strong written English skills Can follow structured templates and systems
