Prepare reagents, media, and solutions according to established protocols. Maintain detailed and accurate laboratory notebooks and records of experimental procedures and results. Perform routine laboratory maintenance, including equipment calibration and inventory management. Assist in data collection, organization, and preliminary analysis. Follow all laboratory safety guidelines and protocols. Contribute to the overall efficiency and productivity of the research team. Collaborate with team members and follow instructions from senior researchers. Assist in preparing scientific presentations and reports. Qualifications: Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Biology, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, or a related life science field. Basic understanding of laboratory techniques and scientific principles. Strong desire to learn and gain hands-on research experience. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to follow complex protocols accurately. Good written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Prior laboratory experience (academic or internship) is preferred but not required.
