Fanatics is building a leading global digital sports platform, and they are seeking a Trading Compliance Associate to support and maintain compliance related to sports trading across multiple jurisdictions. This role involves ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements, supporting state launches, and collaborating with teams to uphold compliance standards. Responsibilities Support and maintain all aspects of Trading Compliance across sports betting operations, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements in all active jurisdictions Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date records of approved leagues, events, wager types, and applicable restrictions; clearly communicate requirements to Trading teams Analyze and distribute regulatory requirements of new jurisdictions as they pertain to trading functions in support of new state launches Monitor and implement regulatory updates in existing jurisdictions, facilitating necessary operational adjustments to maintain compliance Review and assess requests from Trading to introduce new leagues, events, or wager types by conducting due diligence and advising stakeholders on regulatory implications Serve as a subject matter resource on trading compliance requirements across all operating markets Contribute to the development, enhancement, and documentation of Trading Compliance processes, controls, and systems Work cross-functionally across departments within the company to ensure alignment and timely execution of compliance initiatives Skills Bachelor's Degree or equivalent Entry Level Position, 0 - 2 years of experience A real passion for Sports, and an inherent understanding of what Sports fans want in order to be entertained Flexible working hours including weekends, evenings and public holidays Team-first mentality, with a willingness to do what it takes to get the job done and effectively work cross-functionally across different teams at FBG and the larger Fanatics organization Excellent time management, good attention to detail and the ability to prioritize effectively Competitive and highly motivated with a ‘can do' attitude Ability to use own initiative Excellent communications skills and an outgoing personality Able to operate effectively within a team and as an individual Consistently Excellent under pressure and able to work to tight deadlines Good organizational skills Company Overview Fanatics is a global sports platform reimagining the fan experience across gear, trading cards, sports betting, content, events, and more.
