Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Dragonfly Health is the leading care-at-home data, technology and service platform, seeking a Sourcing and Configuration Coordinator. The role involves configuring pricing and billing terms, maintaining system data, and ensuring accuracy in invoicing and ordering functionality. Responsibilities Configure contracted pricing, billing terms, and service parameters within internal systems to ensure accurate invoicing and ordering functionality Translate contract language (fee schedules, terms, amendments) into system configurations and updates Support implementation of new clients and providers by setting up and maintaining accurate system data Maintain and update provider, client, and equipment catalog data to reflect current offerings and contract terms Partner cross-functionally with Contracting, Implementation, Billing, and Client Services teams to resolve issues and ensure alignment Perform ongoing system audits and quality checks to ensure 100% accuracy in configuration work Serve as a resource for troubleshooting configuration issues and improving system processes Skills Strong attention to detail with a track record of maintaining accuracy in data entry, billing, or system configuration work Experience working with contracts, pricing structures, or billing processes (healthcare or DME preferred) Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify discrepancies, and resolve issues Proficiency in Excel and comfort working with systems, databases, or operational platforms Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams Self-directed, organized, and proactive in identifying and solving problems Experience working with contracts, pricing structures, or billing processes (healthcare or DME preferred) Benefits Comprehensive Benefits Package (Health, Dental, Vision, PTO, Sick Time, 401k w/match, etc.) Company Overview Delta Care Rx offers hospice-prescribing, remote patient care, and on-demand pharmacist services.
