As a Temporary Data Analyst, you’ll support a time-bound internal data standardization effort by applying established rules and procedures to business records, improving consistency, reporting accuracy, and operational efficiency across Dudek systems. Responsibilities Apply standardized updates to business records following documented instructions Review records for completeness and formatting consistency Prepare records for internal quality review Track completed work and escalate exceptions as instructed Document actions taken in accordance with project guidelines Collaborate with internal team members to meet project timelines Skills 1-3 years of experience in administrative, data support, or operations roles Familiarity with ERP, CRM, or professional services systems Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (basic functions, filtering, data entry) High attention to detail and accuracy Ability to follow structured processes and documentation Strong written communication skills Experience supporting data standardization or administrative projects Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Experience with Deltek Vantagepoint Benefits 401(k) plan Sick leave Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Medical benefits ESOP participation Company Overview Dudek is an environmental and engineering consulting firm providing services to client's projects.
