As a Senior Pricing & Growth Analyst, you will play a critical role in shaping growth and monetization strategies by combining quantitative data and qualitative research to enhance product experiences and drive revenue. Responsibilities β’ Uncover growth & monetization opportunities by applying evidence-based thinking across quantitative data, competitive intelligence, and qualitative insights β’ Evaluate product experiences to identify friction points and adoption opportunities, guided by product instincts and customer empathy β’ Conduct quantitative analyses to surface key insights and answer critical business questions β’ Partner closely with product, design, research, marketing, and executive leadership to refine pricing strategies, improve product experiences, and plan product launches β’ Conduct competitive analysis to track market trends and stay ahead of industry shifts β’ Monitor AI unit costs and SaaS financial metrics of key product offerings β’ Run customer research through surveys, user interviews, and A/B tests to inform pricing hypotheses Skills β’ Proven experience helping a SaaS company grow or monetize its product through a mix of pricing strategy, growth experimentation, and customer-driven insights β’ Strong first-principles thinking, with ability to question assumptions and form logic-driven hypotheses β’ Strong proficiency in analyzing large amounts of data using SQL, Python, R, VBA, or similar β’ Experienced in transforming raw data into meaningful insights through storytelling, benchmarking, and multi-dimensional analysis β’ Exceptional communication and cross-functional collaboration skills β’ Proficient in qualitative research, applying surveys and user interviews to gather insights β’ Relentless ownership, with a mindset of accountability and proactive problem-solving β’ Obsessed with greatness, demonstrated through continuous improvement, mastery of craft, and setting the highest standards β’ Highly effective, turning strategy into results by simplifying complexity and driving meaningful outcomes β’ Hands-on experience taking a product from 0 to 1 β’ Built machine learning models or applied advanced data science techniques β’ Strong instincts for providing feedback that sharpens product design and copy Company Overview β’ ClickUp is the worldβs first Converged AI Workspace, bringing together all work apps, data, and workflows.
