They are seeking a Sales Development Representative to join their expanding sales team and play a key role in driving business success. Responsibilities Research and target potential customers, generating new business opportunities through outbound outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn, etc.) Engage with prospects to understand their needs, assess their fit, and schedule qualified sales meetings Work closely with Account Executives and Marketing to refine outreach strategies and improve lead conversion Maintain accurate records in our CRM, track interactions, and leverage tools to optimise outreach efforts Keep up-to-date with industry developments, competitors, and best practices to continuously improve your approach Attend networking events, trade shows, and industry conferences to build relationships and generate leads Skills 1-3 years of experience in sales development, lead generation, or B2B SaaS sales Experience using CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to engage and build rapport quickly A highly self-motivated and resilient mindset with a passion for sales and business growth Excellent time management and organisational skills A desire to learn, grow, and advance within the sales field Benefits 401(K) plan, where we match 100% on your first 4% of contributions.
