The position involves consulting with clients who have expressed interest in life insurance and providing them with the right coverage through a proven system and training support. Responsibilities Connect with clients who've already raised their hand and asked for help with life insurance Consult with families virtually, help them find the right coverage, and follow up on warm leads Plug into our training, show up to team calls, and be coachable Skills You need a Life & Health license You're organized and self-motivated You're coachable and take ownership of your results You don't need to be micromanaged You want more out of your career and you're ready to put in the work to get it Sales or customer service background helps, but it's not required Benefits Warm, qualified leads.
