The Financial Professional Coordinator will provide operational, marketing, and administrative support to financial services professionals, enhancing their efficiency and productivity in a virtual environment. Responsibilities Support the marketing efforts of the program Assemble seminar packets Coordinate logistics of seminars Maintain lobby marketing materials supply Coordinate mailings Execute basic marketing activities at the member level Birthday cards Newsletters Administrative support to financial services professional(s) Coordinate the financial services professional(s) schedule Maintain financial services professional(s) calendar Set up and confirm appointments with members Manage phone calls for financial services professional(s) Order supplies Create and manage contact information Support success of program Coordinate and track referrals Conduct training with CU employees on program processes Program reporting Support TruStage Wealth Management Solutions (TWMS) Compliance initiatives Maintain confidential member information by adhering to TWMS’ policies and procedures for data security and privacy Skills High school diploma Ability to work well within a team environment, as well as independently Strong organizational skills Strong communication skills both verbally and in writing Comfortable working both face-to-face and over the phone with people Strong attention to detail Previous experience with Salesforce and proficient with Microsoft Office tools Benefits Medical Dental Vision Employee assistance program Life insurance Disability plans Parental leave Paid time off 401k Tuition reimbursement Company Overview TruStage® is a financially strong insurance and financial services provider, built on the philosophy of people helping people, meeting the needs of middle-market consumers and the businesses that serve them.
