As an Outbound Telemarketing Sales Representative, you'll connect with travelers to introduce them to vacation properties and provide excellent customer service while booking tours and accommodations. The role emphasizes teamwork, community giving, and creating memorable guest experiences. Responsibilities Make outbound calls to prospective leads provided by the company Schedule accommodations and book tours for qualified candidates at the Grand Lodge on Peak 7 and The Grand Colorado on Peak 8 Follow approved scripts and utilize trained sales techniques and rebuttals to secure bookings Provide excellent, friendly customer service, guiding guests through lodging and tour options Maintain expert knowledge of Breckenridge, including local events, activities, and lodging options.
