About the Role: We are a small, growing U.S. team for a global manufacturer of welding and plasma cutting equipment. We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented professional to support daily business operations across order processing, bookkeeping, and customer communication. This is a highly independent role. You will work closely with the U.S. manager and coordinate with our overseas team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Key Responsibilities: Order Processing & Customer Support β’ Review and process purchase orders from distributors and customers β’ Send order acknowledgements and provide order status updates β’ Coordinate shipments with third-party warehouse/logistics partners β’ Send tracking information and follow up on deliveries β’ Respond to phone and email inquiries related to orders and general product questions (non-technical) Bookkeeping & Financial Support β’ Perform daily bookkeeping tasks (AP/AR support) β’ Track incoming payments and assist with collections as needed β’ Manage outgoing payments and maintain organized financial records β’ Collect and submit invoices/receipts to third-party accounting firm Administrative Support β’ Manage company PO Box and incoming mail (scanned/forwarded as needed) β’ Handle basic business compliance tasks (registrations, renewals, documentation) β’ Maintain accurate and organized records across systems What Weβre Looking For: β’ 2+ years of experience in administrative, operations, bookkeeping, or similar role β’ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills β’ Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities β’ Professional communication skills (phone and email) β’ Comfortable using spreadsheets, order systems, and basic office software Preferred Qualifications: β’ Experience with accounts payable/receivable β’ Background in manufacturing, distribution, or industrial products β’ Familiarity with welding or plasma cutting equipment is a plus Work Environment: β’ Fully remote position (Tennessee residency required) β’ Small U.S. team (2 people) with support from international staff β’ High level of responsibility and autonomy Why Join Us: β’ Opportunity to take ownership of key business operations β’ Work directly with leadership in a small, agile team β’ Stable, long-term position with a growing company Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year Benefits: β’ Flexible schedule Application Question(s): β’ Are you currently located in Tennessee and able to work full-time remotely? β’ Do you have at least 2 years of experience in an administrative, operations, or bookkeeping-related role? β’ Are you comfortable handling customer phone calls and emails on a daily basis? β’ Do you have experience with basic bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing, tracking payments, or accounts payable/receivable?
