The Negotiation Specialist will work closely with body shop and storage partners to negotiate rates and charges, ensuring efficient management of assigned claims in a fully remote setting. Responsibilities Negotiate directly with repair shops to manage and settle advance charges Make outbound phone calls to handle assigned claims efficiently Review and interpret CCC estimates and total loss charges accurately Perform precise calculations to assess fees for shops and tow yards Communicate clearly and professionally via email and phone with a friendly, client-oriented approach Support colleagues and foster a culture of accountability Manage time effectively and stay organized in a remote setting Skills Previous experience in a client/customer service role Strong negotiation skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Comfortable with computer systems and quick to learn new applications Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Knowledge of auto insurance and repairs is a plus Proficiency in reading and analyzing CCC estimates a plus Benefits Comprehensive benefits, including health, dental, vision insurance, and more. 401(k) plan options Paid time off, sick time, and paid holidays.
