They are seeking a Part-Time Accountant to ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency in financial operations across multiple healthcare and real-estate entities, supporting their mission through precise financial stewardship. Responsibilities β€’ Manage monthly close for several LLCs with precision and accountability. β€’ Reconcile bank accounts, merchant accounts, credit cards, and loans with a commitment to accuracy. β€’ Maintain organized, transparent financial records that leaders can rely on with confidence. β€’ Assist with cash flow tracking and treasury oversight to support responsible, sustainable growth. β€’ Prepare monthly P&Ls, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. β€’ Provide clear, honest explanations of variances and financial trends. β€’ Support investor-ready materials that help us expand access to high-quality, relationship-driven dental care. β€’ Manage AP/AR processes with consistency and integrity. β€’ Prepare sales tax filings, 1099s, year-end documentation, and CPA packages. β€’ Ensure confidentiality and handle sensitive financial information with professionalism and respect. β€’ Support lease accounting, NNN reconciliations, and multi-entity allocations. β€’ Assist with financial modeling during new clinic development and acquisitions. β€’ Strengthen financial systems and processes as the organization grows. Skills β€’ 2–7+ years of accounting experience (healthcare or professional services preferred). β€’ Strong proficiency with QuickBooks Online, especially across multiple entities. β€’ Solid understanding of month-end closes, reconciliations, and GAAP principles. β€’ Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through. β€’ Comfortable working independently while contributing to a collaborative culture. β€’ Strong communication skills β€” clear, concise, and grounded in integrity. β€’ Experience with real estate LLCs or NNN leases. β€’ Familiarity with multi-location healthcare operations. β€’ Ability to support a rapidly evolving, mission-driven organization.
