Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. PERSUIT is a technology company that connects corporate clients with law firms through the Apperio platform. The Law Firm Operations & Support Associate will facilitate seamless onboarding and reliable data delivery while building strong relationships across various teams. Responsibilities Lead and manage onboarding for law firms joining the platform Build strong relationships with law firm contacts across IT, operations, and legal leadership to drive engagement and ensure timely participation in onboarding activities Configure law firm setups and ensure accurate, timely data delivery through the platform Respond to and resolve inbound support tickets across the Apperio and PERSUIT platforms, troubleshooting issues and coordinating with internal teams as needed Identify opportunities to improve onboarding processes, documentation, and workflows as the function continues to scale Work closely with Delivery, Product, Engineering, and Client Experience teams to resolve issues and continuously improve the onboarding and support experience Skills 1-3 years of experience in a professional environment such as consulting, professional services, operations, customer success, project coordination, or a similar role Bachelor's degree required Comfortable working with data, systems, and technology platforms Experience using tools like Excel for organizing or analyzing data; familiarity with SQL or other data tools is a plus Experience working with external stakeholders or clients, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities Curiosity and willingness to learn new systems, processes, and tools Interest in legal operations, legal technology, SaaS, or client delivery environments is a plus You might be a great fit if you have experience in areas like: Client-facing roles in professional services or consulting Operations or project coordination roles Customer success or SaaS onboarding Legal operations, legal technology, or law firm environments Benefits Health Care Plan (Medical, Dental & Vision) Retirement Plan (401k, IRA) Paid Time Off (Vacation, Sick & Public Holidays) Family Leave (Maternity, Paternity) Training & Development Wellness Resources Company Overview PERSUIT is redefining how legal teams select and manage outside counsel by mobilizing value-based pricing models from matter intake to invoice review and payment.
