Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Meera AI is an AI-powered conversation platform helping sales and support teams improve outreach and engagement. They are seeking a Junior Customer Success Associate to support customer onboarding, communication, and account management, working closely with Senior CSMs in a fast-paced startup environment. Responsibilities Support onboarding of new customers alongside Senior CSMs Assist in tracking customer progress, adoption, and engagement Join customer calls and take clear, structured notes and follow-ups Help manage multiple accounts by tracking tasks, timelines, and action items Monitor basic customer health signals and flag risks proactively Coordinate across teams (Support, Product, Sales) to resolve issues Maintain CRM hygiene (HubSpot or similar tools) with accurate data Assist with reporting, dashboards, and basic analysis of customer performance Help prepare materials for check-ins and QBRs Skills 0–1 year of experience (internships, projects, or part-time work count) Strong written and verbal communication skills (this is critical) Highly organized and detail-oriented Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities Analytical mindset—you're comfortable working with data and identifying patterns Fast learner with a proactive attitude Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment Internship or exposure to SaaS, customer-facing roles, or startups Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or Excel/Google Sheets Interest in AI, automation, or customer experience Experience with communication tools (email, chat, CRM workflows) Benefits Work-Life Balance at Meera AI Strong collaboration and supportive team practices Direct access to leadership through an open-door policy that encourages transparency and open communication Company Overview Meera is an AI text messaging platform that uses natural, human-like conversations to turn more leads into meetings — because nobody picks up the phone anymore…™ Instead of letting your agents waste time chasing leads who never answer calls or emails, Meera automatically reaches out, follows up, qualifies interest, and nurtures prospects until they’re ready to talk to sales.
