Logan Health is a community-focused healthcare provider located in Montana, seeking an Integration Developer to enhance their data integration capabilities. The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining application and data integrations to support clinical and operational needs across the organization. Responsibilities Develop, code, test, and implement data integrations, conversions, reports, and data extraction solutions Design and maintain interfaces, APIs, and integration workflows across multiple systems Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, requirements, and timelines Support and optimize data pipelines, including extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes Maintain high standards of data quality and enforce best practices for data handling and integration Troubleshoot and resolve interface and integration issues, including vendor coordination when needed Configure and modify interfaces, API connections, and mapping tables Perform testing in integrated environments, ensuring accuracy and reliability of data flows Monitor and optimize data warehouse performance and resolve data conflicts Participate in and/or lead integration-related projects, including documentation and process improvements Provide ongoing user support and ensure timely communication and issue resolution Contribute to a collaborative team environment to design and support multi-platform integration solutions Skills One of the following: Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field; Equivalent combination of education and experience Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve complex business and technical problems Ability to improve system efficiency and support data-driven solutions Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with professionalism Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new systems Experience writing SQL queries, stored procedures, and triggers Analytical skills necessary to analyze business problems, and apply computer technology to resolve them, and/or increase system platform efficiency of information systems 5+ years of experience with application integration, including APIs Minimum of one (1) year progressive experience in application integration (including APIs) Experience with database design, such as datamarts and data warehousing, building and optimizing data pipelines, extractions, loads, and transformations Experience with an industry standard integration tool such as SSIS Working knowledge of healthcare information technology and operations Knowledge of both structured and non-structured clinical and operational data formats (i.e. ADT, Labs, Clinical notes, Revenue Cycle), expertise in standard healthcare code sets (i.e. ICD-10, CPT, IMO, SNOMED, LOINC) Experience with Meditech In-depth knowledge and experience of software development tools and the use across platforms, including one or more of the following technologies: SQL, HL7, Rhapsody, Visual Basic, SSRS, SFTP, networks, application integration, or middleware products Benefits Affordable Health, Dental, and Vision insurance 401(k) with generous 6% match on your first 3% earnings contribution Employer-provided life insurance Voluntary life and disability insurance options Critical Illness and Voluntary Accident options Employee assistance program (EAP) FSA Paid time off, Holiday pay, and Illness bank Employee referral program Tuition Reimbursement Program Company Overview Logan Health is a collection of healthcare services tailored to the needs of Montana communities and their seasonal visitors.
