Campus is hiring dedicated, student-centered Teaching Assistants to support instructors and play a critical role in student success within Campus’s live, structured online model. TAs lead discussion sections, support grading, hold office hours, and reinforce applied learning. Responsibilities Lead live weekly discussion sections Provide grading and structured feedback Hold virtual office hours Support case study and applied project work Reinforce professionalism, communication, and healthcare standards Escalate academic or integrity concerns appropriately Skills Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Health Sciences, Public Health, Business, or related field OR 1 to 3 years of professional healthcare industry experience Experience teaching, tutoring, or mentoring undergraduate students Strong communication skills Passion for student success Comfort with digital tools and platforms, including LMS and video conferencing Currently pursuing or completed Master's in Healthcare Administration or Public Health Experience with medical billing and coding Familiarity with EHR systems Experience working with diverse, first-generation, or adult learners Benefits Flexible Scheduling: Work remotely and select the courses and time blocks that fit your schedule.
