Delta Dental of Arizona is the state’s #1 dental and vision insurance company, seeking a detail-oriented individual to join their Group Set-Up & Contracting Services team. The role focuses on accurate enrollment, billing, and commissions for various group insurance products, requiring strong communication and organizational skills. Responsibilities Enter group, subgroup and contracts for dental, vision, life, & disability groups Perform group updates/changes Perform group/subgroup terminations Perform group/subgroup reinstatements Perform mass member terminations, reinstatements and transfers Perform self-quality assurance (QA) to ensure accuracy Monitor enrollments for new groups to ensure timely entry Maintain communication with internal departments Provide accurate and timely responses to groups & brokers Support and collaborate with team members as needed Skills High school diploma or equivalent required 0-1 years administrative experience required Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and 10-key Ability to solve problems quickly and automate processes Detail oriented High level of accuracy Ability to meet deadlines Self-motivated and work independently with minimal supervision Dental CDT knowledge preferred but not required Benefits Medical Dental Vision 401(k) Student loan assistance Six weeks of paid parental leave Volunteer PTO Company Overview Delta Dental of Arizona (Delta Dental) is a health and wellness company providing affordable dental and vision benefits to individuals, families and businesses throughout the state.
