Job Summary: The SAP EWM Lead will drive end-to-end success of inventory management, warehousing, and outbound logistics processes within SAP S/4HANA. This role owns the functional design, deployment, and long-term sustainability of SAP EWM, ShipERP, and integrated inventory-to-shipment flows. The Lead partners closely with Manufacturing, Order to Cash, Finance, and logistics stakeholders to ensure material movement strategies support scalable, compliant, and efficient operations. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: β’ Lead Inventory to Deliver processes including inventory management, warehousing, picking, packing, shipping, and delivery execution. β’ Develop a deep understanding of client business processes and strategy through collaboration and regular engagement with key stakeholders and process owners; translate the business requirements into functional and technical specifications β’ Communicate with key stakeholders regularly to manage expectations and provide project updates on scope and schedules; ensure timely escalation and mitigation of issues and risks to ensure a smooth deployment process β’ Willingness to learn related applications and integration technologies that contribute to the end-to-end process integration with SAP β’ Gather and document systems and process requirements through meetings, workshops, site visits, and job shadowing; create and maintain documentation on SAP manufacturing business processes β’ Performs business process mapping using standard methodologies β’ Maintains an up-to-date knowledge of developments in SAP manufacturing processes and related areas to recommend innovations to improve the quality and effectiveness of the business solution β’ Own SAP EWM solution design including inbound, outbound, and internal warehouse flows. β’ Lead ShipERP integration for carrier selection, labeling, and shipment execution. β’ Define material movement strategies aligned with physical warehouse operations. β’ Lead global SAP deployments through design, build, test, cutover, and hypercare. β’ Build and lead onshore and offshore SAP analyst teams. Skills and Competencies: β’ Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills with the ability to manage competing priorities. β’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage technical and business stakeholders. β’ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and continuous improvement mindset. Qualifications: β’ Bachelorβs degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience. β’ 10+ years SAP experience with deep EWM and logistics expertise is preferred or 2 full deployment cycles with application integration experience with (ShipERP, Bartender, SQL APIβs, etc). β’ Proven SAP S/4HANA delivery leadership experience. β’ Knowledge of Ship ERP application and integration with S4/HANA. β’ Knowledge of external application packages such as Bartender. β’ Proven experience leading teams and supporting ERP or enterprise application implementations and migrations. β’ A global and agile mindset with strong customer focus, self-motivated, and internally driven β’ Ability to troubleshoot SAP issues and to coordinate with other process experts to resolve integrated issues β’ Naturally curious with a love of learning, and demonstrated application of new learning
