The Part-Time Field Sales Representative role involves delivering engaging presentations at various events to educate and enroll new members, while also representing the brand with enthusiasm and professionalism. Responsibilities Deliver engaging presentations to small groups at local firearms ranges, stores, and training facilities Answer questions, overcome objections, and confidently guide prospects to a decision Communicate the U.S. LawShield mission: Educate. Prepare. Protect.™ Process new member enrollments efficiently and accurately Represent the brand with professionalism and genuine enthusiasm Skills Strong presentation and closing skills with the ability to guide small groups effectively Deep passion for firearms, self-defense education, and the 2nd Amendment Competitive drive, self-initiative, and a winning mindset Tech proficiency under pressure (PowerPoint, apps, troubleshooting) Willingness to obtain your Property & Casualty license (paid by us) Sales experience Law enforcement/military background Firearms training experience Benefits We cover the cost of your Property & Casualty license Provide complete training and materials Top performers receive priority for full-time positions Company Overview Texas Shield is an insurance broker that partners with over 30 different insurance providers.
