They are seeking a Digital Sales Planner to support pre-sale and execution workflows across their revenue team, focusing on creating media plans, developing client-ready proposals, and ensuring successful campaign execution. Responsibilities Build and maintain media plans aligned to client goals, budgets, and inventory Create clear, polished decks and proposals that communicate strategy and value Partner with Account Managers and Sales to develop pre-sale materials and packages Organize campaign details, timelines, and deliverables to support execution Pull data and assist in building reporting and performance summaries Ensure accuracy across pricing, packaging, and campaign details Maintain internal trackers and documentation across active campaigns Continuously improve templates, workflows, and planning processes Skills 0–2 years of experience in media, marketing, sales support, or a related field Strong attention to detail and high standards for output quality Proficiency in spreadsheets and presentation tools (Google Sheets, Slides, Excel) Ability to take direction and turn inputs into clean, structured deliverables Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines Clear communication and a collaborative working style Demonstrated curiosity and a strong desire to learn and improve quickly Interest in using AI tools and automation to increase efficiency and output Interest in financial markets is a plus Benefits Unlimited PTO and sick leave Remote-work flexibility Fully paid for comprehensive health care (medical, dental, vision) 401k with company match up to 4% Stock options: You’ll have a meaningful stake in our success Generous WFH stipend Company Overview Stocktwits is a real-time financial communications platform for the financial and investing community.
