As a Customer Service Representative, you will: * Resolve complex customer inquiries and provide professional insurance guidance * Deliver exceptional customer experiences, ensuring timely and effective issue resolution * Advise and assist customers with policy changes, coverage options, and other service requests * Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, promoting our products and services * Maintain accurate records, adhering to company policies and PCI compliance standards **Competitive Compensation and Benefits** We offer a competitive salary range of $19.05 - $25.78 per hour (AZ) or $20.01 - $27.07 per hour (NV), depending on experience.
