Our team is passionate about delivering exceptional service, and we're looking for like-minded individuals to join our ranks. **Job Details** * **Job Title:** Remote Customer Service Representative * **Location:** Oklahoma, USA * **Employment Type:** Full-time * **Work Hours:** 8 hours per day * **Salary:** $25 per hour * **Schedule:** Flexible schedule, including weekends and split days off **Job Description** As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for answering a high volume of incoming calls and member-facing chats, providing information and support regarding arenaflex.com, and resolving online issues in a friendly and efficient manner. You'll utilize various computer programs simultaneously on multiple screens while on the phone or responding to chats, and employ problem-solving and critical thinking skills to resolve order/item/delivery issues. **Responsibilities** * Answer incoming calls and member-facing chats in a timely and professional manner * Determine member needs and provide appropriate solutions, including answering general arenaflex.com/product questions and investigating complex situations regarding online orders, tracking, and deliveries * Offer compensation as needed * Act as a liaison between arenaflex.com customers, merchants, purchasing, and operations staff * Utilize multiple computer programs simultaneously on multiple screens while on the phone or responding to chats * Employ problem-solving and critical thinking skills to resolve order/item/delivery issues **Requirements** * **Education/Training:** High School Diploma or GED preferred * **Certifications:** E-commerce Member Service Specialist Certification after completion of 14-day training course * **Experience:** Previous customer service experience preferred * **Skills/Abilities:** Customer service, computer literacy, professional business writing, ability to type (minimum typing speed of 30 wpm), and excellent communication skills required * **Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and split days off** **Preferred Qualifications** * Solid background in customer service, including excellent interpersonal skills, prompt courteous service, and exceptional follow-through * Ability to adapt and function well under pressure in a fast-paced environment * Ability to take ownership and resolve issues * Ability to demonstrate learning and thinking skills * Solid time management skills * Bilingual capabilities a plus **Equal Employment Opportunity** arenaflex is an equal opportunity employer and considers all qualified candidates equally, regardless of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, veteran status, or disability status.
