As a Remote Customer Sales Associate, you will be responsible for monitoring clients' needs while implementing strategies to enhance customer engagement. You will play a crucial role in expanding our client base, increasing policy sales, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Position Overview: Assist customers with product selection and providing personalized recommendations Handle inquiries via email and phone ensuring timely and effective responses. Assist in document preparation and organization related to transactions. Ensure ongoing client engagement through consistent and organized communications. Promote continuous improvement in consumer engagement processes and contribute to business growth. What We’re Looking For : Experience in sales or relevant field, customer service or a fast-paced admin role is a plus but not required Strong communication skills (verbal and written) and ability in problem-solving and negotiation Eagerness to learn and grow in a sales-focused career path Self-motivated and able to thrive in a fully remote work environment. Tech-savvy, organized, and proficient in using Zoom and Google Spreadsheets.
