The Conversion Specialist will work with project managers and sales teams to set up new plans and ensure data accuracy during the conversion process. Responsibilities Work with conversion project managers to establish new plans on internal systems and databases and upload participant data accurately. Translate complex data files received from prior providers to ensure essential data provided to complete conversion Perform quality review of key data points, including participant balances, vesting, investment elections, plan provisions, and web products to ensure accuracy of information before plan live date and communicate any missing information critical to completion of the conversion to the Conversion Project Manager With minimal oversight, invest conversion proceeds accurately according to conversion type within service standards and reconcile fund balances to trust system and/or trade platform holdings and identify any uninvested cash balance Analyze existing procedures to identify process improvements Perform other duties as assigned Skills Associate's degree and a minimum of one (1) year of related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience Ability to read and interpret documents such as procedure manuals and technical procedures Ability to write routine reports and correspondence Ability to speak effectively with groups of employees throughout the firm Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form Demonstrated attention to detail Must have knowledge of intermediate Microsoft Office applications and the ability to develop advanced SRT system skills provided by internal training, within a reasonable time as determined by the Manager Must have a general understanding of mutual fund companies ASPPA DC-1 designation Benefits Generous Paid Time Off: At least 22 days annually, prorated in the year of hire.
